link/unlink different tracks
Would be interesting to be able to unlink 2 different tracks and have different commands to trig them. So that we can have the subtitles of a movie (or a soundtrack) in one hand, and the subtitles of the performers in the other hand…

keep locked when you save the project and a password to unlock
When you have locked and saved the project, it is automatically unlocked when reopened. It is desirable that the project keeps being locked and can only be opened by entering a password.

please include MIDI note on as a trigger option.
Using a MIDI controller that has notes instead of CC makes sense for short commands like surtitre slides. and maybe a MIDI capture feature.

Working with long text. It’ crucial add more options:
FIRST IDEA:
Group option (now):
1. Rename/Delete
2. More the subtitles
(New idea)
3. Import into the Group or Track from File
- sub window “Insert into the Track 1 or 2”“"Maby under the "Track option” is the same idea more logical”"
SECOND IDEA
Track settings (now):
1. Rename
2. Edit the Default style
3. Revert all Subtitles to Default Style
4. Export to File
(New idea)
5. Freeze (Lock) Track 1 or 2 …
Track one “Freeze” option allows to work and make changes in a Track 2 etc.Thank you in advance,

Have a little red line below a spelling mistake similar to word documents.
This shouldn’t goto the output but great in the edit window.

automatic surtitles for radio broadcast operas
Many times I listen to opera performances on the radio and wish I knew what was being sung. While watching Angela Hewitt perform some Bach I noticed that her music score was on a ipad and that the pages turned automatically. Clearly the app was following the soundtrack and page turns were programmed to coincide with what she had just played. Would it not be possible to have a programme that followed a broadcast in real-timesoundtrack and showed surtitles to the viewer of the libretto or spoken dialogue in a language chosen by the listener?

les surtitreurs Naotek sont assez largement répandus, et maintenant que cette société a disparu, les installations existantes sont avant tout menacées par l’obsolescence de l’informatique. Votre logiciel présente une ergonomie assez proche, et on imagine assez volontiers une passerelle entre votre soft- et leur hardware.

It would be great if, after setting the screen(s) to the size you want, Glypheo would apply automatic line breaks to the text you insert (and especially to the text you type live).

3 Verbesserungen
Guten Tag,
mir sind drei Sachen aufgefallen die leider nicht einstellbar sind, oder ich habe die Funktionen noch nicht gefunden.
1. Seitenabstand der Texte zur Leinwandkante. Schön wäre wenn man in den Einstellungen für jedes Panel den Seitenabstand in Pixel einstellen könnte.
2. Hintergründe. Wie kann ich einfach die Hintergrundfarbe verändern oder sogar ein Bild in den Hintergrund legen?
3. Helligkeit/Blackout Es wäre schön wenn man die Helligkeit mit einen Schieber/Fader Stufenlos einstellen könnte.Das sind ein paar Dinge die mir persönlich aufgefallen sind und vielleicht kann das ein oder andere von ihnen umgesetzt werden.
Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden…1 vote -
different transition timings , for different tracks , on a same subtitle line .
that would be cool to let 2 (or more) different screens fade in (when a subtitle line is recalled) , one after the other ,and to have a control on this timing . For the moment , changing this timing on track 1, 2 (or more) , affect all the tracks (within the same subtitle line) .that would be a great add-on . And , by the way , the soft is really great ,so easy to work with ! Thanks for the good work !

you change the file, click update. so you don’t have to redo color and type settings.

For original language, handy when the subtitle operator does not speak the local tongue.
Editing in WORD, it could be as simple as every line beginning with two asterisks ** (used defined?) are the presenter notes displayed below the preview cell, for every cell if necessary.Line in original language

Cross-fade or overlap on transition
I would love for transitions to be able to be a pure cross-fade (dissolve) between one title and the next, instead of a fade out / fade in. Or, a slider for “overlap” between titles, were you could control how much the fade-in of surtitle 2 overlaps the fade-out of surtitle 1.
